Speed means nothing without control. With the easy access to data in the modern era many drivers are coached in a half measured but sounds good way, focusing on lines and land marks through video and data whilst glossing over the fundamenal skills of being fast/safe in a race car. The fundamental elements that make the difference between solid and consistently fast drivers over fast but the car and tyres are toast or in the gravel half way through a race!
Our coaching approach is built on decades of first hand experience to build a confident understanding of motorsport as quickly as possible.
Track days may be non competitive but the requirement to drive a car effectively and safely remains just as relevant, although without the need to push hard every time we leave the pits.
If you have realised there is more to driving fast and safe than being taught racing lines by the standard TDO instructor, then Simon is your man. Simons specificaly teaches drivers to work with thier car, making you safer and faster. He has worked with clients in everything from Renault Clio 172 and Caterhams to Porsche GT3 RS and Ferrari F40 on tracks around the world.
Simon has been responsible for supporting hundreds of racers on their entry into motorsport over the decades. Simon and his colleagues can support on all areas of going racing, although the focus always remains on being honest and realistic.

It is not always practical to own your own track worthy car. Simon has access to various purpose built race cars that are perfect for developing your skills. These include Renault Clio RS Cup 4, BMW 116i Trophy and Porsche Caymen GT4 Sprint Cup cars.
Very much with same emphasis as real world coaching there are subtle differences that apply in a simulator. Simon can help you understand these with online based coaching lasting between 1.5 and 2 hours at a time.
