Frequently Asked Questions

Please reach us at simon@sim-dynamics.com if you cannot find an answer to your question.

Our experience and integrity is central to making Sim Dynamics unique in the build of high quality simulators.  We understand some elements of a simulator are subjective and perhaps most important every one of our customers will have expecations based around experience and goals.  For example a classic car racer will not typicaly benefit from a pedal set upgrade but a Clubsport owner racing modern GT or Formula cars would, in contrast a junior driver will learn skills and pedal feel more efficiently on the standard pedals.

Ultimately anything can be added, modified or removed from our cockpits at any time in the future but we would hate to supply the wrong specification from the start.  In essance please speak to Simon at Sim Dynamics who will openly discuss the pluses and minuses of specifications.

A well specified and tuned racing driver simulator in 2026 is a hugely subjective tool!  Much like say a BMW 230i compared to the M2 for example, both do a great job for what anyone needs i.e. at getting from A to B with minimum fuss. One is a really good car the other encourages a lot of attention.  Contrary to public belief (non pro racing drivers) both require the exact same skill level to drive at speed but one feel more like its meant to do it than the other i.e gives a bigger thrill and faster lap time. In contrast in simulator software terms i.e the virtual world, everyone could be driving the M2 but looking at either the 230i or a Ferrari!

Why not, if you have the time, the patience and the enthusiasm to research and see each step through then you can save. Google and Youtube is full of advise and information.  If however, you want to know your simulator works straight away, fits you like a racing car, has support in all areas from practical use to online racing to relevance to reality and coaching, then you need Sim Dynamics to build it for you.
