If in the rare event you find the simulator makes you feel nausious or uncomfortable, we will refund your visit in full. The only proviso is you inform us within the first 15 minutes of simulator use that this is becoming a problem.   

If you feel there was no value, new knowledge or skills change to your understanding of motorsport, we will happily refund your visit in full without dispute.      

We actively encourage questioning of all our content, in the extremely rare event during this discussion there is a clear and significant disagreement then clearly there will be a disconect in our ability to work together so a refund will be offered.
